Classical Physiotherapy

In our practice, we offer specialized physiotherapeutic care for patients who have undergone surgery and for those who have suffered musculoskeletal injuries. Our aim is to improve your mobility, reduce pain and ensure optimal functional recovery. Through a comprehensive initial assessment, we identify the specific needs of each patient and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Our treatment methods include manual therapies, customized exercise programs and state-of-the-art techniques to relieve pain and promote mobility. We attach great importance not only to treating the symptoms, but also to addressing the causes of the complaints through targeted therapies. This approach supports rapid and sustainable rehabilitation and helps our patients to actively participate in everyday life again.

Whether it's restoring function after knee or hip surgery or rehabilitation after a sports injury - our experienced team will do everything it can to improve your health and quality of life.

M

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy focuses on the treatment of diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system, including bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints.

Its aim is to relieve pain, improve function and enhance quality of life. Core methods include manual therapies and customized exercises to strengthen and increase flexibility, as well as effective pain management.

Ergonomic advice and posture training help to prevent future injuries and optimize posture. Treatment also includes preventative advice and post-operative rehabilitation support to enable a speedy recovery and return to everyday activities.

M

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a therapeutic massage technique performed by specially trained physiotherapists or masseurs to treat lymph congestion in the tissue.

This technique promotes the removal of lymph, a vital fluid that transports nutrients and waste products and plays a central role in immune defense. Lymphatic drainage is particularly effective in the treatment of primary and secondary lymphoedema, which often leads to severe swelling that frequently occurs after injuries or operations.

Through targeted, gentle movements and the application of compression bandages, the therapist stimulates the lymphatic vessels, supports the drainage of fluid and facilitates pain relief and healing.

Csilla successfully completed her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy in Hungary in 2015. Immediately afterward, she was drawn to an international environment where she gained valuable professional experience in the Netherlands, Austria, and Germany, learning various therapeutic approaches. Since 2020, she has been enriching the Swiss physical therapy landscape, where she initially worked successfully in the Aegerital and today strengthens the team in Uster as a self-employed physical therapist.

To elevate her expertise to the highest level, she continuously pursued further education at the ZHAW in Winterthur and successfully completed her in-depth Master's degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

At the heart of her professional practice are continuous professional development and uncompromising therapy quality. Her treatment philosophy is characterized by a particularly collaborative approach: It is of great importance to her to question patients precisely about their ailments through detailed conversation. Only in this way can the deeper, underlying causes as well as contributing factors be accurately identified. Together with her patients, she develops tailor-made solutions to achieve individual health goals sustainably and effectively.

Ágnes successfully completed her studies at the University of Pécs in Hungary and has been passionately working as a qualified physiotherapist since 2013. In the years that followed, she was able to gain and deepen valuable international experience through various roles in France and Austria, among other places. Since 2022, she has been enriching the Swiss physiotherapy landscape, working in Schlieren, among other locations, and is now working as a self-employed therapist in Uster and Seefeld.

Furthermore, due to her extensive training, she brings a valuable specialization in pediatric and infant therapy according to the Dévény Method (DSGM).

She is deeply convinced of the effectiveness of both passive and active physiotherapy in restoring the body to its optimal balance. Her treatment approach is consistently holistic: instead of focusing solely on acutely stated problems or an existing diagnosis, she looks behind the scenes. Her goal is always to get to the bottom of the deeper causes and individual backgrounds of complaints and to treat them sustainably.

You can now benefit directly from this extensive, international experience and empathetic approach in Uster.

Adrian completed his Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2019 at the University EUSES Terres de l’Ebre in Tarragona, Spain, where he was recognized for his outstanding academic achievements. He has gained all of his professional experience to date in Switzerland, where, after successful recognition by the SRK, he was able to spend valuable years in renowned practices in Schlieren and in the field of medical training therapy (MTT). Since June 2026, he has been enriching the PhysioTeam in Uster with his expertise.

His therapeutic focus is firmly rooted in the fields of orthopedics and sports physiotherapy. To continuously elevate his expertise to the next level, he recently completed his specialized Master's degree in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT) in Zaragoza. In addition, he holds advanced qualifications in Dry Needling, as well as in modern treatment approaches for back and shoulder complaints, the Mulligan concept, and the Bobath approach.

For Adrian, ongoing professional development is the cornerstone of high-quality, modern physical therapy. His treatment philosophy is based on clear, evidence-based clinical reasoning: he specifically analyzes the underlying causes of symptoms and pain mechanisms rather than simply treating the symptoms themselves. On this basis, he develops a functional rehabilitation program that is precisely tailored to the individual needs, daily life, and athletic goals of each patient.

From this deep orthopedic expertise, combined with state-of-the-art therapy methods, you can now benefit directly from us in Uster.
